PK/PRC-786 Synthesized HF-SSB Radio

MICRO PK/PRC-786 is a solid state, HF-SSB Synthesized Transceiver, allowing upto 10,000 channels in the frequency range 2-12 MHz. The PK/PRC-786 is intended for use by the Army, Civil Armed Forces, Police and other users requiring dependable equipment for medium to long distance two-way communications.

The modular design of the PRC-786 allows the transceiver to be available with a wide variety of options and accessories which provide for operation in the either fixed, mobile or man-pack configurations. This offers a distinct advantage to those users requiring equipment for more than one application as it allows the transceiver to be multi-purposed while retaining a commonality of spare parts, thus reducing spares inventories.
